In this brief video taken by Scott Hensler, Eric Dollard walks us through some explanations of what kind of equipment is in the racks, etc.
This equipment is needed for the Advanced Seismic Warning System that is based on science from Tesla and Alexanderson.

Eric will give two presentations at the 2019 Energy Science & Technology Conference. The second presentation is: ELECTRODYNAMIC SEISMIC FORECASTING and will be a shorter presentation that will be around 90 minutes long.

The question of the MWO top load acting as an LC resonator is significant inasmuch as this hypothesised behaviour was the inspiration for Eric Dollard's PCB "golden ratio" antenna for the MWO.
  • Do you have any plans to perform similar measurements on the above-mentioned PCB "golden ratio" MWO antenna?
Hi Marcus,

Again my apologises for the long delay in getting back to you, things have been very, very busy recently. Answers to your questions:

1. At the beginning of the 2018 ESTC Eric gave a short introduction to the MWO development including the differences between the original Lahkovsky generator design, and an improved balanced generator driving a pair of extra coils designed by Eric. He also demonstrated the very low transmitted radiation from this improved generator by placing a medium wave radio next to the generator which was tuned to a radio station and did not pickup interference from the generator whilst it was running. This introduction was at the beginning of the first day and I don’t know if it was filmed. Aaron would know for sure, or maybe would be able to provide the video if it has been filmed.

2. I decided to try applying the same principle of “equal volumes of copper” to the SFA adapter board to see if it would improve the impedance match over the very wide band that needed to be measured, and to also be consistent in my approach to the general measurement of impedance characteristics of macroscopic resonator structures. Equal volumes of copper, (matched boundary conditions), has proven to be an important factor in getting a balance between the magnetic and electric fields of induction in my TMT experiments, (e.g. with the flat coil presented on my website), and hence an optimal power transfer between the primary and secondary circuits. Ultimately further experiments with and without equal volumes of copper would be needed to fully answer your question as to the usefulness of this approach with a printed circuit board.

3. I suspect from the measurements that the MWO top-load is a more complex distributed resonant load where parameters L, C, M, and K are effectively distributed throughout the ring structures. I would think only the driven ring and maybe the first resonator ring inside this could be treated as the top-load in terms of an LC lumped element calculation. It is also very effected by the coupling coefficient between rings, if the coefficient is high then the top-load really looks like a large lump of metal and C dominates, making the top-load like an accumulator. If the coupling is lower the distributed resonant properties become more important in the measurements as each ring behaves more as a free resonator. From the results I would say the coupling is too tight, and the MWO rings would benefit from being made either into a cone, or on a larger scale with more space between the rings.

4. I certainly plan to do measurements on golden ratio antennas and structures, not just for the MWO, but also with the TMT designs I am working with. When I get there I will of course write-up and post the results for more discussion.

Lakhovsky vs Balanced Method

I have the presentation on the MWO by Eric and we may release it when the new website dedicated to the MWO and other physical products is ready to launch, which is probably before the conference in July.

I would not call Eric's coil/wiring method an improvement on the MWO, it is simply different. Eric's would be considered "best practices" for lack of a better term and is the way it "should" be wired as Lakhovsky's lopsided method doesn't make good engineering sense.

The MWO is a lopsided arrangement where one of the phases is grounded. As one coil fires, it goes through the person and grounds through that person from the feet up. The when the other coil fires it does the same thing. About half of what is transmitted goes to the opposite antenna and about half goes through the person to ground. That is very intentional on Lakhovsky's part because the intention is to replicate the ionospheric voltage to Earth ground system on steroids.

With Eric's balanced method, what he discussed at the conference is that the balanced method using the exact same pulse modulator is essentially the CIG or Cosmic Induction Generator method. It will show the dark spot in the tube in the middle or the null point if you will, etc. just like Polakowski's CIG demonstration. And of course like Eric's past CIG builds.

The balanced method has a primary that sits on the ground half way between the coils that are feeding the antennas and is not up on the same coil form as one of the secondaries like with the Lakhovsky method. It is center tapped to chassis ground. As each side fires and if there is someone between, it doesn't go through the person to ground. Instead, the person is simply bathing in the rapidly oscillating field.

However much the Lakhovsky method doesn't make good engineering sense, it is what has historically been proven to get results and that is why it is the only setup being offered at this time and is what most people want. Once we're ahead in production, we will offer the balanced coil arrangement as an add on or alternative method that people can purchase with the pulse modulator.

Perhaps the balanced method gets better results, maybe worse or maybe equal. Those are difficult things to determine but in any case, the balanced method with the pulse modulator is a universal system that can be used for all kinds of Tesla type experiments.

This makes a great deal of sense. One question -- by M you presumably mean mutual inductance, but what do you mean by K? Surely not the dielectic constant?

In general, please do post updates here in this thread when you are updating your blog. I think that many people do not check your website regularly and would otherwise miss them.
