Following up on the ERM sister website Sasher by goggling Bonita Sasher (name listed with other bank info!) I found a multi-page court document listing many questionable businesses that are involved in bankruptcy hearing. Apparently Bill who has emailed me from ERM is William Sasher and in so deep
that another scam won't hurt (him).

The ERM site is going strong with some different photos and a Tyre processing system video (Malaysian?). After emailing Tulahoma re ERM, this forum and the court case I've just been monitoring the ERM site with the expectation that it would be withdrawn. HA!

Due your due diligence prior to doing any business with these people. They create many business names and are under scrutiny of legal officials in Georgia and Tennessee. Will use your pictures and information and market as theirs. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!

I got duped by ERM

I am glad I finally found the real source for the plastic to oil machines sold on the Energy Recovery Machine website. I was suckered for a deposit and all the guy's lies. On the day he was supposed to deliver, Bill Sasher never showed. When he called he said he found an issue with the machine he needed to fix first. That was two months ago. I demanded a refund and after badgering him like crazy, he gave me a refund almost a month after the missed delivery date. He said it took so long due to his accounting department (aka his wife).

I have contacted the Tennessee BBB and Attorney General's office. They have followed up with me and are investigating. I am surprised I ever heard from him again to get a refund, but now I can move on and build my own unit based on Jetijs's info.
