  • Is getting private solar rebates a good idea for my home?

    Hey guys,

I'm a new member on energetic forum from New Jersey who's looking into getting solar for a home in New Jersey. I saw this story about a company here doing a 'private rebate' that is supposedly giving more money than the state rebates. Do you think this is for real?

The other thing is, if I take this rebate, I won't be able to take the state money. What do you guys recommend?

Here's where I found out about this: GeoPeak Energy Launches NJ Solar Rebate Program for New Jersey Homeowners

    Thanks,
    Jenn

I think it's a great idea. buying solar panels for your home is great for reducing your carbon footprint and saving money in the long run. I definitely recommend looking into getting your own solar power at home.
DIY Alternative Energy is a great way to become carbon neutral.
Also Magnetic Generators for use at home are becoming very popular and efficient.

      Thanks..

      Hey tyrillis,

Thanks for the tip. I think I may have to consider a lot of options before finally coming up with a decision.

Thanks again and I hope to hear from you and the others soon!
