Hello
I'm not sure if this has been brought up here in posts but thought I'd mention it for anyone who hasn't heard.
My dad went to the Matrix Energetics work(play)shop in Seattle a couple weeks ago and heard about an upcoming World Meditation/Intention for Peace, Healing, and Transformation on and in Planet Earth and Ourselves....
I guess its been discussed on the Coast to Coast radio show a while back along with a myriad of other places. I seemed to have missed it until now....(the perfect time). Check out the website Fire the Grid :: Be Defined. (http://www.firethegrid.com) (?) and see what you think. Feels like the next step in our coming together to bring peace and heal "transform" the World... along with Ourselves.
The messengers story is really interesting too of how it came about. Check it out on the website! Peace to All (Me).

Hi Blake,

I actually posted about Fire the Grid a couple of days ago when I came across their website in another thread. So "thank you", your post will maybe give it twice the exposure :D.

Whilst this isn't the only initiative occurring / being planned along these lines I think that it gives those of us that would like to participate a great opportunity to "get in there" & start making a difference.

You may also be interested ( if you don't already know about them) in the Breakthrough Celebrations. These events were initiated by Carl Calleman & involve worldwide meditations for peace using the conscious collectiveness
on specifc dates pertaining to the Mayan Calendar. See more info http://sundin.web.surftown.se/mayacal/content/articles/breakthrough_celebration_2007.htm

And now we have the fantastic new initiative "PROJECT COLLECTIVE" that all PATHS users can participate in (see Paths thread under that name for the full info) if you haven't already read about it.

And here is a video that I like that I think is particularly appropriate :

I have been unaware of all thats going on... those links are interesting. As a kid I was sooo interested in the Mayan culture when we spent a week with it in 3rd grade. I'm starting to feel like there might be something to that. thanks for the sites!
I think I'll start a thread for upcoming collective conciousness events/meditations/celebrations.

So I put out the call for anyone aware of Global Meditaions, Peace Payers, more Collective Conciousness studies, etc... feel frreee to post em here! Or we can start a new thread...?

I am aware that there are specified annual days of prayers for peace...one I think is sponsored by the Unity Curch?...I dont know the day. Anyone...?

Also I read a book once on "the Hundredth Monkey Theory"...anyone have good sites about that...? That was a big leap in awareness for me after reading...

etc... etc...

curious to hear more "my cheekey little monkeys" !!!

Hi Blake,

The Mayan calendar has been an area of interest of mine for quite a while. I posted a whole lot of links about it in the Prophecy thread a while ago if you haven't come across it yet & are still interested.

I particularly recommend the area of study done on it by Carl Calleman. I am a great admirer of his work.

Hi all,

Thanks for the great links on this discussion.

Something to remember when you are looking to "heal" or "fix" something, for example the earth: If you feel like things need to be fixed or healed, then things will always need to be fixed or healed. Isn't this the idea behind the LOA? I learned a long time ago that if I wanted to join in on earth healing days or any other "healing days" that I not be caught up in the idea that anything is broken and needs to be fixed, because I only perpetuate that idea. The earth does not need everyone to go around thinking it is very ill and is in a healing crisis, because then it will be sick and in crisis. If you look back in history we have had much worse times in terms of war and pestilence. What we having going for us now pales in comparison to some of the dark times we have had on this planet.

Instead, when you are mediating and visualizing or even thinking of our planet earth...KNOW that it is the most beautiful, happy, glowing, healthy, abundant place to be. KNOW that is watched over and nurtured by Divinity and is a place where Angels (you and me) dwell. Knowing this and living this is where transformation and creation of our planet begins. Don't buy into the idea of sickness for one single second!

Maybe we should have an I Love MY Beautiful, Happy, Abundant, etc., Earth day instead :D

Hi Blake,

Sharyn

HI, Sharyn, I've enjoyed all the links you've shared on various threads. The Mayan calendar has been interesting...and I've always believed it ended in December 2012, which was great, because I retire in 2011 and I figured I should have a little over one year of retirement to enjoy before the Mayan calendar ended.

These threads with the new date are a bit distressing though, because my retirement date is October 28, 2011.

You know, I always did think that if I ever didn't go in to work, the world would just stop spinning. I guess I was right ....

AWESOME THINKING!!

Thanks for reminding us and putting that into simple thoughts. I am going to put a link to this in the Collective Consciousness thread.

Thanks again!

This is my first post. I find it odd... your point. You're happy the mayan calander suits your needs? You made comments that were base.

Base? ...

I'm so sorry. I had no idea that expressing my sense of humor would be offensive to anyone. I apologize to you and anyone else who found my comments to be inappropriate. :embarrassed: :embarrassed:

You're not responsible for how someone else chooses to take your humor. If they have issues with it, they are just that - their issues. You have to wonder about a person who chooses a criticism unique to their beliefs/tastes as their first post.

Please keep sharing your humor with us. I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys it.
