  • Gas Splitter HHO cells to deal with fuel injeciton

Guys, we got back today after filming our new fuel saving and vehicle modification video which will feature all our tested data , open source work and provide a free school to help train mechanics for retrofitting garages. One of the systems we tested is a gas splitter cell (check the 5x5 thread for the open source dry cell version).
    http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...=Bill+Williams
This so far after the first tank has made it go from 13 liters to the 100 K's to 10 liters to the 100K's , this is what the OBD II said.

The procedure is you re set the computer (remove battery lead) and then wait for 3 fill ups to tell. So far we are only on the first tank, no EFIE, separate the hydrogen and oxygen, its safe and legal, IT MAY have fixed our computer problem, MAY. Just wanted to report straight away and not wait till the production, will post the results here, 2 more tanks to go.

Guys we got sent another CD on a gas splitter, we will be making Bill's and adding to a diesel with a computer and seeing if it can need no EFIE.

Ill be sending our dyno on the petrol one to the department of transport to get all gas splitter cells approved for ALL, others in other countries can use that template , we already got the GEET/ Ecopra one done this way (certificate is on the GEET page), please use it if you need to. Gas splittters may be the safest and EASIEST way to do things now. After the Thread Fuzzy posted, you dont want the gases there like that or boom!

OBDII says from 13 to 10 liters per 100 K's already, and only on the first tank need 3. Too Early to tell yet guys but so far encouraging.

        Hi Ash,

I forget who posted the video of the professor talking about using Solar panels with HHO splitters feeding fuel cells (I'm pretty sure they'd be fuel cells) for home power but Bill's dry cell fits the bill for feeding a fuel cell as the outputs are separated O2 and H2. To that end I've been studying up on fuel cells and the alkaline fuel cells look like the best bet.

Alkaline fuel cell - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The problem I'm having is that there is little to no information on construction of the anodes & cathodes. The majority of existing technology on alkaline cells have used platinum matrices for the conversion process. While some companies are exploring more mainstream and less expensive metals for cell construction I can't find any information on how to construct the anodes and cathodes.

Surely we can find a do-it-yourself solution and tie all these parts together for a stationary power source. Even if home built fuel cells aren't as efficient as what industry can turn out, we can make up in size what we lack in efficiency and being that we'd already be using KOH solutions, surely we can put our heads together and create a working alkaline fuel cell with a liquid KOH electrolyte solution.

        Thanks for your time.

This source: http://www.hydrogen.energy.gov/pdfs/...1_aronsson.pdf, mentions the use of silver as an alternative to platinum. Aren't there silver impregnated water filtration discs and such available? Provided it could tolerate the KOH without plugging up, this might be worth pursuing.

More results guys. On the second tank of fuel (3 in total ) OBDII says from 13 liters to the 100 K's to 9.5. Impressive with no EFIE. Dyno and production soon, we still want to do a thorough one, D is going to prove the V8 cell too which will be dyno and road tested for all.

Maybe its the end of the dreaded EFIE!

Okay we got 54% confirmed with the OBDII computer after 3rd tank

Got three units donated to Panacea to test guys, will have reports on all of them for all soon. Don't forget the open source version Bill generously donated .

New install, LPG car, results soon.

Doing the CARBY car now with the other unit. Have lined up the computer Diesel. So we should get data back if we can beat all computers and get gains on LPG and carbies with Dr D's. First dyno on the 13th.

Credits to Bill and Dr D.

Guys, thanks to the Panacea volunteers we got three installs done over the weekend.

                Carby
                http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/6563/carby.jpg
                THIRD Fuel injected car
                http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/2149/fuelinjected.jpg

Data is on the way. We have beaten the computer TWICE, no EFIE, no volo, once on a 4Cylinder Lantra (gains reported 2nd tank coming)and once on a 6 cylinder Mitsubishi.(3 tanks full report below)Diesel computer and non diesel computer will be in the next few days, LPG is being done as we speak. Trucks and buses after i get a good fact sheet for all.

Full data is back on one installation. It takes at least 3 tanks, so with the 6 cylinder Mitsubishi, One of our volunteers went and got a Dyno on the weekend. The On board computer which shows the pulse width of the injectors, it reported (they do the same run to school and the shops) from 13 Liters to the 100 k's to 8.5 (premium fuel) Then with an Ethanol blend, 9 and 10 L. There is a reason why the gains change.

I am happy to report that we can get some good R and D out of this, so pay attention now please. The emissions test was unbelievable, we will have a more through one to report in the next few days, most of the HC are gone. But back to the R and D.

The dyno we found can tell us what the AFR is at what RPM PER GAS.., we used a CRAP car that like what Dr D did, was deliberately BAD to show the benefits. This thing has what is called a "flared" transmission (slippage). And yet with premium fuel on the high ways.

                base mileage: 13L/100km
                new mileage: 8.4L/100km

                100km / 8.4L = 11.9km/L
multiply by base mileage figure (13) to calculate the extra distance for the same amount of fuel.
                11.9 * 13 = 154.7
(subtract 100 [which is your base mileage] from the number, what is left is the % extra mileage)

                On the Dyno its showed

                1000RPM at 11amps AFR:17.99
                3000RPM at 11amps AFR:15.59

We have all RPM ranges, so if you do your tests like this, you could design a computer module (PWM maybe) that senses the RPM, and injects more or less to get the sweet spot. I think this is important for Hydroxy research.

The next test we do will show that If we increased the gas at 3000 RPM, the AFR will improve. So if you want optimization, A CHIP (ill be sending the car manufactures this data) or PWM /what ever is needed to give the engine what it needs WHEN it needs it. Thats why gains change, or THAT HOW GAINS CAN CHANGE. dont forget less engine vacuum at higher RPM.

But you wont know till you measure your cell and RPM/AFR under load.
Now the Panacea Trustee's all put in to get a bonefide portable emissions tester to support the communities work and do R and D.

                http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/671...1100image2.jpg

This will be used to promote the open source communities hard work and movement on the media this year. It here to help and support all open source engineers. Lets improve public health together.

Community is important, collectively we got all this data back in real time and more is on the way. The Panacea Volunteers inspired the hell out of us.

Why the city council in France is using his OPEN SOURCE invention. (community) Thank Bob/Bill, why now there are many new splitter dry cell tests under way.

I'd like to thank the community for working together. Dr D certainly has a winner here, wait till you see the difference in emissions, he deserves our thanks and support. Much more to come. Have to go work on the Steorn device now guys.

                Sincerely

We have beaten another computer guys. They seem to be working great.
                  No EFIE no volo

Good news Portable emissions tester arrived

Got a filter for the diesels also.
For ALL CELLS/Z5 /SPAD and other mods

Nice little 12 volt source can be driven around powered by the on board lighter. was not cheap guys but we ALL need it.

Will now be able to have a real time data on the dry cell and Dr D's and much
more, if your in Brisbane, the non profit org can test your vehicle for FREE.

More validation n the way guys.

Just another quick update for those following guys. We finished another installation for the new video and PDF for all.

This one already(V8 discovery) has a VERY bad A/F ratio, take a look guys.

                    http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/6...rbeforehh2.jpg
                    (Panacea portable emissions tester)

The advantage of having this portable emissions tester for all is we can drive on the highway and down to the shops (no dyno) so can get REAL emissions data on the road if you ask me (relative to the actual driving habits). No sit on a dyno and do a constant speed etc etc. You start and stop a lot with these Australian drivers LOL.

Here is on of the OVERLY GENEROUS 5 Cells that DR D donated for testing. HH2 on there, some thing is wrong this thing is running VERY Rich. http://img693.imageshack.us/img693/4...rhh2fitted.jpg
This is the Brisbane City council member's car (gross polluter)

22 Liters to the 100 K's!. If The HH2 can fix this that will be very impressive. Any how an after report will be given to Dr D and then Bill's/Reg's cells will be on there with a separate report. Yes can check for all the hex etc etc.

Takes three tanks guys So more to come. This is one of the early OBDII computer cars from memory will have more details soon.

                    No EFIE
                    No Volo

                      Preliminary HH2/Gas splitting results

                      Hi ALL

Here are the first preliminary results.

With out HH2 switched off at 100Kmh
                      http://img827.imageshack.us/img827/3...withouthh2.jpg

With HH2 switched on at 100Kmh
                      http://img64.imageshack.us/img64/6531/100kmhwithhh2.jpg

ALL POLLUTION DOWN. This was 54% saving with premium fuel on high way, from 13L/100K's to 8.5 , then averaged out to 9.5 with ethanol blend around town and highway. All on computer and in document soon.
No EFIE , no Volo, dry cell splitter on it next to see if we can match it.

With the HH2 the Co was up at 60 and 80k's tho(not that bad tho), but substantially less nox and ZERO HC at all speeds in comparison to with out it. This is exactly what happens in the petrol scenario's in most cases with a gas injection(Co will rise at speeds), in the diesel cases its the nox that might spike(as opposed to the CO) , in the LPG it seems to be the CO. I think we need PLASMA spark plugs for an all round option, Z5 might help tests soon.

More gas might help, ill try that later. Going to do a thorough 5 averages guys, plus i dont trust the OBDII computer that much, even tho its the duty cycle of the injectors, I am going to do a manual fuel saver test along side it. This is just a preview, all will be in the vid and PDF. The new fuel saving Vehicle mod PDF/Video is going to have all our communities work in it and ways which we can Support E and Jake and open source, plus show how much Bill's and Bob's systems have made a difference and yes DR D paved a few things down here will have more details in the documents.

After these results i encourage all to get behind E/Bob and Dr D and avenues like this as we are certainly not going to be be building up momentum any other way and with the amount of volunteers so far with equipment out there, there is certainly capacity to get the answers out there and gather support in REAL TIME. Especially voting for E. Many more test to come for other open source options , a fact sheet will be given for ALL to use.

On a side note Remember these?
                      http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/8979/symbol.jpg

In one of our test cars
                      http://img821.imageshack.us/img821/726/placed.jpg

Remember how i said i have been talking to many volunteers we know who have been using them? I just did a new test with our weather engineering pilot in his car with the plates, portable emissions test, i CHECKED THE CAR , we got 0 HC and zero Nox and below normal CO. All at 60, 80 and 100 K's. FREAKY AS. All on video be in the new video.

This is an imitation site with the same sort of proposed technology (not sure if there's is BS they have live tests data there tho) But i have one for testing.

FusionExcel - Products - Quantum Charger.
(check the car one out on there)

Zero HC/Nox unless thats the Cat converter work that one out, i still cant work this out.

The plates will be tested more and have a blood oxygen medicinal effect, the fuel saving function is based on an electronic friction theory, but i cant say too much more about it as have not done enough tests on it guys, it was in the mainstream paper with helping truck drivers stay awake at the wheel longer ( blood oxygen).

And yes between us, one of our trustee's has seen the inventor modify the weather with a "light tower version" Could be putting out orgone dont know.

                      http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/4...lightplate.jpg

So this certifiably needs a closer look IMO. As there is fuel savings reported. The portable emissions test so far looks like some thing is going on.

Still i have not seen any thing cheaper then the GSC OPEN SOURCE option for this time. So Bill/Bob is still the man, E (Dustin)is working an option of this kind, these are the answers we need as equally as much. Back to work for me

                        Thansk for the update.

The plate surely work. But if you into orgone, you can make it yourself at cheaper price. I think even at Aus $5 will do the trick.

Wether it give good or bad to the environment, time will tell.

Someone suggest to notice how long the plate will perform. If it is radionics device, it will only last half a year or so. If it is orac type, it will work for years.

Hi sucahyo, i have never seen an Orgone device do the same on a car, we did an emissions test unbelievable will start a separate thread for this,

These are what we are testing additionally both are some special type of metal infused with who knows what. Will have a vid soon.
