If you take spirulina, do you prefer tablets or capsules?

I tried powder and its terrible. Didn't want to waste my money so I went through it. It took a couple of months because it was a big bottle.

I liked the capsules better than the tablets, but the tablets are cheaper so that's what I use.

I have been using the tablets for years. Work great for me and Mary.

Hello

I take Spirulina in powder form, 30 bucks got a huge jar full. I mix just under a teaspoon full with a scoop of VEGEGREENS from Progressive, to help cut down the flavour. Ya it tasts like crap by itself. Gives me ruffly 4 grams per serving. If I put too much Spirulina, I have to add some sugar to help cover the taste. Havn't tried pills or capsuls. But I'll vote to get rid of the taste enyday !

I already voted, but I have been taking it in tablet form for three years - since I first started taking Spirulina.

I would imagine that the capsules are more efficient because they don't have to break out of the "pressed" form like tablets. This may be helpful if someone has eaten recently and they need another dose of spirulina to make it quickly into the system. I fill a mason jar with powder and drink it straight just for that purpose. It is awful, but well worth it. Thanks PATHS!!
