anyone out there would be willing to give me one session for free? i am 16 and dont have $400 or that much

ive been trying for 2 weeks to cure my eczema through belief work. i read on threads that people (mainly teens) have done it to chnage eye color or something physical, and some seen results in 3 weeks or just days.

my hands did not get better. i cannot overcome the belief that i have eczema b/c my hands always feel dry, stiff, and tichy, and they are never out of my sight which makes 9it impossible to believe they are "normal" again. having this condition since grade 6, its nearly impossible to "feel' healthy hands

i cant do this "long' technique & get any results from this. i am pessimistic & i do not like myself either, so i cant get any progress done.

im wondering if i can get this cured fast, along with my negative beliefs, & shyness wchi is disablingme from making relationships, since grade 4.

i cannot see any other faster technique. my hands are killing me & i dont know what to do anymore!!!

would i be able to get this one chance to get this cured fast using Theta healing, or should i just accept my disease & being excessively shy/socially phobic?

I understand how difficult it is to just completely let go of an old belief. Especially if it's a belief that you've held since a very young age.

I don't know about theta healing, I recall skimming through it a while ago, but I can't recall it right now. There is a program that creates sound waves and I remember that it can create theta frequencies, and all the others frequencies as well. I would give you the name of it but I can't recall it, I have it installed on my other comp. I believe I found the program from this forum perhaps in the binureal beats thread.

Also check into reiki, that is if no one steps forward to help heal. Sometimes theres people in your area that have been using healing of hands and they will do free sessions. (The world needs healing, and using greed to do it is defeating the purpose. So I'm saying I hope you find someone to help you.)

The negative beleifs you hold of yourself; if you can recall when/what caused that belief and directly address them and allow the healing to flow then that will help you drop that belief. I truly wish I could help more than that.

Wingmakers (http://www.wingmakers.co.nz) This website has lots of good info about energies of the body/mind/soul and I'm sure you can find good info about dropping your old beliefs and creating new ones.

Oh and something else I recall, when you learn to focus on your chakras and get em spinning and aligned you allow new positive energy into your system. It's like turning on the tap at your sink into a cup half full of soda and letting it run until the cup is full of clean water. Reiki works like that too, it fills you with healing energy, (white light).

I hope that can help you with healing of yourself, and I also hope for someone to offer you some healing sessions.

(I just found that program; it's called brainwave generator. Here's a link http://www.bwgen.com/ ) Good stuff and it's free.

Hi Bmlyeryk,

With eczema - do you bathe or shower in chlorinated water? Many people with eczema have it disappear when using a shower filter to filter the chlorine out. Chlorine is a drying agent to the skin.

Also, if you use skin products that have alcohol as an ingredient, that is drying as well and makes the problem worse.

You need to make sure your skin is moisturized from the inside out with enough fatty acids in your diet. Omega 3, 6 and 9 + DHA combo is very good. It isn't an overnight thing but it is helpful for skin.

On the outside, organic raw shea butter is great. Nothing added to it.

PATHS does have effective skin modules but if you're looking for free - not sure what can help eczema. Energetic healing I believe can help but IF and only IF chlorine is an ongoing irritation to your skin, it will sabotage energy work.

A shower filter can be purchased for about $20. It won't be the best one but it will be sufficient to last a while. Even if you don't see a difference with it, keep using it because with eczema, you do not want chlorine on your skin.

Hi there Bmlyeryk

Reiki is a Japanese word which translates as universal life force and is a form of natural healing which helps to promote balance and assists the body's natural healing powers. Basically the practitioner would just direct this healing energy to you. It is done fully clothed with you sitting or lying and can also be done at a distance so you don't even need to be present. There may be Reiki groups near you that offer free treatments and you could ask them for more information as to what it's all about.

I would also echo what Aaron said about chlorine and your skin. Also many skincare products - soap, shampoo, bubble-bath, mosituriser etc - contain toxic ingredients which can be very drying on the skin and cause irritation and sensitivity and allergies and reduce the skin's natural moisture factor and interfere with its ability to eliminate toxins. You might want to look at organic products to see if you think that might help you but you need to check the labels as things can be called organic even if they contain just a small percentage of organic products. If you look at the ingredients list then usually whatever the product contains the most of will be at the top. Certified organics usually contain either totally organic or a very high percentage of organics. I know I noticed a big difference when I changed to certified organics. Different countries have different regulations concerning organics.

Do you know what is causing your eczema? There can be different reasons for it - ranging from diet and things such as dairy products to lifestyle and stress factors.

Have you considered reflexology? This can be done on the feet or hands - or even face - and can help release stress and tension and make you feel more relaxed and help the body to heal itself and return to balance. Again, you may be able to get treatment for free. When I was learning I had to complete over 60 case studies and give "clinics", all of which were done free of charge because I was a student. There may be reflexology schools near you who are looking for volunteers for treatments. One of my "cases" was a young girl whose mother brought her to the sessions because they both believed it helped her.

There are many different sorts of therapies and healings available. I really do understand how quickly you want to change things and how frustrating it must be when you read of people who see results in 3 weeks or even days but sometimes things take time and it may just be a matter of trying things to see what is right for you and see what makes you feel better and notice a change. And also, as you are 16 you just need to bear in mind that you would probably need your parents permission for some of these things.

I hope that some of this helps you.

EFT might also be an option, you can get a free guide here: EFT Training Course - Emotional Freedom Technique by Gary Craig (http://www.mercola.com/forms/eftcourse.htm)

You may also want to get a hold of someone in the Matrix Energetics thread.

You have to start loving yourself more too! Negative feelings and stress can also cause skin reactions.

Hi,
I hope you find a Theta healer!
I do have some advice for you...
I suffered from eczema since I was a little child. Ugly, itchy stuff. Sometimes it was severe, other times not. I tried everything. I've been a Reiki Master since 1994 and do many different types of healing, but nothing has helped except finding out what my food allergies were.
I finally figured out that I cannot tolerate legumes (including peanuts), beans or peas of any type. This includes cocoa, pure vanilla, soybeans, etc. As long as I use olive or seed oils to cook with, I am fine. If I inadvertently get any of those things in my diet, boom, eczema - usually on my hands and wrists, but sometimes on my legs around the ankles or knees.
I encourage you to do some food eliminations to see if foods are the culprits. Meats and dairy (try goat's milk instead of cow) are rarely the culprits, but you never know.
I went on a meat, dairy and vegetable diet for a month with the help of my allergist and all of my symptoms disappeared. Then we included one more type of food each week until we figured it out. You might try something like that as well. Let your M.D. know about it if you are worried about your diet, but try to talk to an allergist or immunologist that is an expert in food allergens.
Best of luck!!!

Here's some cheap relief?

I really cant address these other issues but I have been experiencing eczema on my left palm for a couple of years and when it gets bad I have have taken to bathing it in an MMS (Miracle Mineral (http://www.miraclemineral.org/)) solution until the skin gets all wrinkly from being in the water. Usually an application or two is enough to clear it up until it decides to come back. I haven't tried bathing it consistently over time but I am wondering if that will kill it or taking the max dose of mms for a couple of days.

I just haven't had a couple of days to be out of commission.

Hi bmlyeryk! Well I know you said you don't want to live using creams all your life but I've read about a really miraculous cream for eczema and it is natural, has no chemicals in it. It is by a company called Lush and it is the moisturizing cream that they have called Dream Cream. It helps with many skin problems including dermatitis, kerastosis pilaris and burns and acne scars as well. The reason seems to be the essential oils that it has. Its only inconvenience, that some people don't like the smell - it DOES have a lot of different essential oils and they have strong aromas.

I don't know how much it costs, I think it's a reasonable price but you can't expect to pay what you would pay for example for Nivea creme or some other drugstore brand. It's only sold in Lush stores or you can order it online from Lush. I've never tried it before, but I'm fortunate and don't have any skin problems. I tried it in the store and it is HEAVENLY, leaves your skin feeling like pure silk! :) Serena

PS. By the way I don't have any connection with Lush stores I don't promote or commercialize Lush products and I don't work for them, I just overspend in their stores a lot hehe! :embarrassed:
