I found this kinda kool.

YouTube - Dr Stiffler SEC - series 5 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxMPPOy35H4)

Wonder if this is radiant energy....

That's actually plengo's video, Doc Stiffler is MRH2O2 on the youtube: YouTube - MRH2O2's Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/MRH2O2)

The Doc's got some interesting thing going and I have been able to replicate most of his findings (I can't do any electrolysis in the present environment) but otherwise the circuits appear to be working and what we lack are the tools to properly measure things since I personally believe that our conventional tools ain't gonna cut it. :)

It would seem that "Electrostatic cooling" is well documented on the WEB.
Just google it.

Could this be "Cold electricity"?

I have been very interested in the leds lighting up, I have been wanting this for my monopole energizer...

I just got a scope, but I have no clue how to use it...

Ahh more adventures yet to be had.

Congrates on duplicating his results...

Have fun with your new scope .... If it's a tube type ( very old ... like me ) then high voltage is not a problem. If it's transistor based ... to much radiant energy will fry it.

MIB fixed IMHO. yet a few tips are there
