Rotary Magnet Motor Design Concept

I'd like to donate this in hopes that someone may
find a way to use it. The magnet is shown free to
spin around its vertical axis within the rotor.

At this point its just an idea, so I've not bothered
to populate the entire circumference of the rotor
with the spinning magnets.

Through the use of gears and gadgetry, what could possibly
happen is that a dual-rotor configuration would be able to
generate leverage against equilibrium by pulling and locking
the disk magnets into orientations whereby the rotors would
experience propulsion.

Easier than it sounds?
