Hi everyone,
Just a lil report. Today is the last day of my first set of chakra cleanses  I guess I'm good to start the second round tomorrow? Looking forward to seeing if there's a difference in emotions the second week! This was a pretty unusual week with some old stuff getting thrown up but it hasn't been so bad at all! Quite good in parts! And I am practising more on myself something I need to do more because at the moment I struggle because it makes my arms ache LOL Sounds like a silly excuse I know but they really do after a minute or two! and there are lots of hand movements but I am sure I will get better there's no rush
