Will the FARNSWORTH fusor finally make it to market?

As many of you know, MIT stole the invention of Paul Pantone. They called it their "plasma reformer". He was subsequently hounded almost to death.
The Horrific Persecution of Paul Pantone
Farnsworth invented the fusor in the 60s but, had his work shut down.
Naturally anything this important must be invented by a BIG company.

"Lockheed Martin has quietly obtained a patent associated with its design for a potentially revolutionary compact fusion reactor, or CFR. If this project has been progressing on schedule, the company could debut a prototype system that size of shipping container, but capable of powering a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier or 80,000 homes, sometime in the next year or so."
Fork the damned aircraft carrier. They are nothing but a huge sitting duck.
This is a very big deal.

Since Lockheed already knows that the fusor works, the R&D should go very quickly.
