The instructions in the Paths modules are in both the Visual and the Audio, so if you have Stereo Headphones, you can just listen to your modules.

Although you only need to watch Paths once a week, I've found that for myself, if I'm using only the Audio, I prefer to do it every day.

I make myself a cup of tea, open a new window on my computer, and log onto my Paths account, open the Monopoly game, and put on my headphones with the volume up full, click "Click Here to Begin" for my Paths modules, and I usually watch a little bit of the Visual, and then play Monopoly while Paths delivers the appropriate instructions to my Subconscious

I have a couple of theatres, so when one is over, I just log onto the next and carry on playing Monopoly. When all the theatres are finished, I save my Monopoly game and do the same the next day.

I would reccomend that when first starting, you continue to play Monopoly for as long as you can. Play, play, plaaaay until you can't anymore! Then you can take it down to just half an hour or so each day.

Remember, playing is not wasted time - doing it with awareness like this, you're restructuring your mind!
