Now you have me even MORE a-twitter about the upcoming Vegas trip!!! I am feeling mighty strong from the combo of The Ultimate Body module AND my workouts, so I am sure I will be able to handle those deep knee bends with ease!

I also am looking forward to taking these breathing exercises that I've been practicing for the past months to the next level, so knowing you will be sharing this new method with us is exciting news!!! Thanks Again!!! Needless to say, I can hardly control my excitement and am soooo excited about next week!!!
