I practice these wonderful breathing exercises at least once a day, usually before my meditation and often before going to sleep, but I have recently incorporated parts 6 and 7 into my workouts at the gym.... Now, between my reps, when I do the weight machines, I take about two extra minutes and really focus on that white light as I breathe in and this makes the whole workout experience even more satisfying for me!
