If you don't receive an email from the PATHS home office, it is possible your email program is blocking it. Sometimes, depending on your setup, you have to specifically opt-in the ability to receive email from certain addresses in order for them not to be blocked. Make sure you can receive email from info @ paths-vx.com. Also, if you have any trouble getting email from PATHS, you can ask your local ISP (internet service provider) how to make sure you do receive the mail.
