I use powder (I'm doing roughly 20 g a day) and the company I buy it from makes a flake form that dissolves beautifully in liquid (no clumping) -- Nutrex Hawaii. When I ordered this time I bought my usual powder, and then decided to try the flakes....hands down I'll get the flakes from here on out. It's a little more expensive (not much) but it's soooo worth it. If you want an alternative to taking pills (I hate taking pills) you might try it...
