Hi Alan. Yes, the voices did go away after upping it to 20000 mg again

Aaron I will take your advice and drop down slowly this time starting with 19000 mg for a couple of days and then go down a gram every couple of days.

I am having a bit of a hard time swallowing so many pills (40) a day. Thinking maybe powder would be the way to go.
