2.75" x 10" = 27.5 sqr inches.
Rule of thumb = 0.25A per sqr inches.
27.5 x 0.25 = 6.875A (max).
Try not to go over 7A for your cell to maintain the efficiency. If not too much heat and can damage your cell insulator. With 7A should get around 700mL for series cell design should be sufficient enough for car booster. Too much hydroxy tend to counter productive.
