Hi Lemontree,

Your cell and my cell are same design/concept. 0.3A is very little current draw for conditioning. You need at least 3A. The cell will get conditioned but will take longer time. I think using same electrolyte strength, use only 6 cells per section. This will push the amps higher a bit and just nice amp for conditioning.

What is your target LPM? If lower than 500mL than you may use 7 cells but for 1LPM and above, you cell needs at least 10A. That is only reason why I use 6 cell design in my car. Maybe after you fix the unit into your car then you can decide; 6 cells or 7 cells based on amps draw.
