with this same koh concentration, at first i tested some cells just for curious testing. so i connected 3 cells between 12 volts, and they draw 49amps, than i connected 5 cells - and they draw ~10,90A, but when i put 7 cells - they draw no amps. but, when i connected all 6 sections togeather with 7 cells in each - i get these 0,3A, so i decided it is enough for conditioning, and let it for 2 days to condition. the bubbles were coming up, and it worked slowly, merely.

now i disconect it, and prepare for fresh new koh solution, and will set up another 2 days for conditioning.

there are two holes in top, for gass outcoming (12mm diameter), and one 2mm diameter hole in bottom, for koh leveling. also gass output holes are zigzag patterrned - so one plate have holes in left side, another in right side, and so on. i think, this will make longer path for foam, so, will see, how foam will behave in this setup.

PS - the plates are not wery carefully grinded with sand paper, one side is grinded, other side has its original pattern - the stainless steel was with decorative polish on one side, so my friend decided not to grind this side, so the electrolyser we made for his car, so i accepted him not to grind this side, if he liked so much this original polish
