Ufo and all that has worked,

Behavior of my circuit:
When Freq and DTC are set the bulb lights up.
Then turn off the circuit.
Then turn on the circuit without touching anything, in my circuit the bulb lights like before.

This is normal behavior?

I think that does not correspond with the description of Ufo to invoke Radiant.
