How Long Does it Take to Change Modules?
Here is a question from a customer:
Q: How long does it take to change Modules in my Theater? I want to change them but I don't want to be without my Theater for a long time.
A: 99% of the time, we complete all Module change requests, and have your Theater ready for viewing, within 12 hours of receiving the email, most of the time just within a few hours or less.
If you send in a Module change request, and do not hear back from us within 24 hours, it is very likely that we did not receive the email and it should be sent again.
