I read your post about having read the book and wished mine would soon arrive. Guess What!!!! The doorbell rang and there it was along with another Keoi recommended - Illusions The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah and 100 copies of my book - Yippee!!!! Everything arrived all at once.
