well if the stuff you want to get out is the sodium fluoride, then my story still goes. because NaF dissolves in water, wich means they break up in Na+ and F- ions. So for example MgCl
2 could solidify the fluoride.
Na+(aq) + F-(aq) + Mg2+(aq) + Cl-(aq) ---> MgF2(s) + Na+(aq) + Cl- (aq)
