You asked about adding more KOH, in Patrick Kelly's D9.pdf I think it is it suggests using the water from the bubbler to replenish the electrolyser as the KOH gets washed out there and then replenishing the bubbler with fresh water.

I Know you are a frequesnt poster on this forum so forgive me for not being able to immediately re-collect all you have posted. If you have a reasonably sized rotor based SG or an air coil based solid state version you might like to try driving your electrolyser with it.

I know you are more interested in results right now but you are using brute force electrolysis and an SG is a more efficient driver.
