That that is 12.5 Amps at 31V. I would be happy if it were the other way around At this time I do not care about the efficiency, all I want is a HHO torch. My goal is to test the water that recombines from the HHO gas when this gas is burned. It is supposed to have some interesting properties. I will talk about this later if I can verify this.
