Looks like you are using a square wave inverter. A pure sine wave one may be required for your motor, or a bigger wattage square wave inverter. Also Mindfreer used a Batcap battery. maybe you need a cap bank to allow for this.
Have you checked the Lockridge device thread ? With the right tweaking, I
think your setup should work. By the way, what language were you speaking ?
I understood the first word but could be any slavic language.
