Dear Zartgirl,

I love Your support! I read some books about being in the NOW and used some breathing techniques. Which books and breathing techniques would You recommend me?
I used in the past a lot of affirmation techniques and read many books about this subject. But the different view of many authors and specialist about this technique is very confusing. Many say that You can say many positive statements during a day but when Your subconscious belief is otherwise it will reject Your conscious intentions. Some say when there is a conflict between the conscious and subconscious mind the use of affirmation will make it only worse. I like the way to thank everything You like to receive or want to manifest. Although when I am depressed or frustrated it is often difficult to be grateful for my situation.
Whats the most frustrating me is that I have used many techniques in the last 15 years but not with obvious positive results which created in me a kind of state that I need first to see or feel the difference otherwise I cannot believe it. Also it is difficult to see a life of fulfillment, happinmess, success and love when You only had the experience that life is a struggle with many dissapointments and sometimes after a lot of effort a positive outcome.
But I love the stories You told me that You are now creating Your life as You want it to be that gives me the strength to continu and give me the hope that is is possible!
