Hi My Sweeties!

I just got a call from Grace and I am thrilled to report to all of you Darlings that she and Ryan competed today in Team Kata (7 teams) and they are both Over the Moon tonight as they won the SILVER medal!!!!

Tomorrow they will be competing in Individual Kata and it will be live on ESPN! Grace expects that she will be doing her thing later in the day as the Black Belt competition is usually done last, but Ryan should be competing earlier! I hope to witness our Amazing Grace

and Ryan "The Lion"

as they WOW the crowd with their FABULOUS Karate Skills!!!!
