It just occurred to me that if you are interested in Ascension info, you would want to read Joshua David Stone's "The Complete Ascension Manual" I had forgotten about it because I had read it oh maybe thirteen years ago. Reading this particular book and doing some of the prayer work in it triggered a lot of Kundalinin movement in me.
