The Stargate is blasting those out of here! 
I particularly like to send on their way, the Memes you hear around the office/coffee/supper tables, when people are just chatting about things that 'are true' and 'everybody knows'.
For example:
"THEY say that your memory fails as you get older, and its TRUE"
"I'M <insert age>, yup, GETTING OLD" followed by laughs, but this is powerful self-messaging as well as including everyone else in that morphic field!!!
"My eyesight isn't what is used to be when I was younger"
"It FIGURES...."
"I'm not surprised he/she/they ALWAYS do/say/think that"
"Once a <insert assumption> ALWAYS a <inserted assumption"
"That is just HUMAN NATURE, you can't fight it" 
"He/she/they are always LUCKY, I wish I was that LUCKY"
"Its in his/hers/my GENES, I can't help it" (Bruce Liptons, Biology of Belief does a good number on dissolving this one, though we can have more fun sending it through the Stargate  )
"<insert disease> is in my family, you know. My mother 'had' it, and her mother too, I'm so WORRIED"
Though I have immense compassion for anyone suffering under the numerous labels given the various things called 'disease'...in my view, these are not REAL, in the sense that we can step outside of that particular reality to another one it does not exist. This is the direction the increased awareness of consciousness is going, and a place where awakened people and Masters have been for thousands of years!
When you take these Memes out of context, don't they seem RIDICULOUS??? Btw, another great tool to use!!!
Tool Number Three:
In the style of Harry Potter, when faced with your conscious mind expressing a Meme, or in company of others saying them, or watching them on the media (news etc), simply Observe like in Tool #1 (this is extremely powerful and allows you, among other things, to 'step out' of the 'reality' where those particular Memes exist), and state with fun in your mind/voice, "RIDICULOUS!"
If you listen to the media as an Observer watching for the powerful messages that are NOT just words, but Memes of great power, that are sculpting our society, you will see that it is FILLED with them! I rarely ever watch news or certain other media shows for this reason. There are TOO MANY Memes for me to consistently step out of the reality of. SHEESH! This is in addition to the principle of what your heart dwells upon, you add to attracting into your life and into the world!
