I am not good enough
I am not smart/intelligent/talented enough
I am not deserving
I am a loser
I will never amount to anything/They said I'd never amount to anything
Life is hard/struggle
I won't make it/They told me I won't make it
I'll always feel fear/anxiety
There is no hope/now way out for me
I will always be this way
I can't change
I'll always be sick/have this illness/disease/syndrome
