Excuse Me Your Life Is Waiting, the 30 day exercise works wonders. It takes a bit of dedication, but it can be achieved. It's a habit well worth becoming expert at. Creates new thought patterns, which is where Paths also comes in as Kevin said too. Noticing, being diligent, treating yourself kindly, all reaps rewards. Great thread!
