What a great way of understanding subconscious programming that can exist on a cellular level, a collective (or morphic) level, and everywhere in between!
I have found that rather than spending energy trying to get rid of non-useful memes, my time is much better spent replacing them with useful, productive memes.
There are so many tools to do this-
Reading
Meditation
PATHS (Program Authoring The Human Subconscious)
SCIO
Energized water and other items
Conscious "day dreaming"
Conscious control of thoughts via tools like the Emotional Guidance System
Choosing what media we expose ourselves to
Choosing what people we spend our time with
Matrix Energetics
and the list goes on!
This is going to be a FUN  thread!
